E9 OF 2020 By Samuel Kangethe Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Waithera Nganga, who died at Kalimon Sub-location, on 19th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2020 By Mary Nyambura Njore, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njore Mwago, who died at Kahawa Sukari, on 24th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
