TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2021 By (1) Lawrence Mukora Muniu and (2) Anne Watiri Igecha, both of P.O Box 1039–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, through Messrs AN-AN Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Waithira Mukora, who died on 12th May, 2020. 7th May, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2021 By Simon Ndichu Ndungi, of P.O. Box 785, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungi Mwaganu Gatura alias Ndungi Mwaganu Gatuga, who died on 27th September, 1995. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
