TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2021 By (1) Oliver Jepkosgei, (2) Mitchelle Bor, (3) Peter Kiplagat Bor and (4) Anthony Bor, all of P.O. Box 1426-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, through Messrs. Bulbul-Koitui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jimmy Kiptum Bor, late of Marura, who died at Hill School, on 8th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
