TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By (1) Arison Kyumwa Mbali and (2) Kennedy Suli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muombe Tele, who died at Wee Sub-location, on 24th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2021 By (1) Augasting Ngei Ndolongi and (2) Francis Mutua Ndolongi, both of P.O. Box 96-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndolongi Mutie alias Samuel Mutie Ndolongi, who died at Kamunyolo, on 27th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
