TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2021 By Mary Wanjiku Murigi, of P.O. Box 250-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Mumbi Kamau, late of Muchatha, who died there on 4th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2021 By (1) Anna Nyambura Wamwea and (2) Margaret Ruguru Maami, both of P.O. Box 32-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Maami Gikera, late of Tinganga, Kiambu, who died at Kenyatta National Hsopital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
