TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2021 By Florence Khatenje Omolo, of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Satoku Musungu Sikanda alias Zadock Musungu Shitanda alias Zadock Musungu Shikanda, who died at Kolongolo, on 30th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2021 By Chrispinus Makasu Kwama, of P.O. Box 2435–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adriano Shiabola Mhadia, who died at Mukomari Sub-location, on 8th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2021 By (1) Rispa Maende Alondo, (2) Praxidys Auma Osale and (3) Careen Nasaye Okango, all of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and granddaughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khasolo Kalamanywa, who died at Mayoni, on 5th July, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
