TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2020 By Florence Keholo Muhalule, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mhonja Margaret Nyanzi alias Margaret Mhonja Yanzi, who died at Kakamwe Sub-location, on 14th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2021 By Beatrice Bilka Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Juma Musungu, who died at Kiminini Cottage Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2021 By Benson Wanjala Walunywa, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elamu Napasa Nakibongochi alias Wamariekha Nakibongochi, who died at Misikhu Location, on 19th February, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
