TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2021 By (1) John Chege Mwangi and (2) Lydia Ngonyo Wambui, both of P.O. Box 197-20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwangi Kibuthu alias Mwangi Kibothu alias Mwangi Kibuthu, late of Kihingo Location, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 1989. CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2021 By Peter Mwangi Kahuria, of P.O. Box 500–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangari Kahuria, who died at Ngata Sub-location, on 17th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
