TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 7th May, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 240 OF 2021 By (1) Ismael Omondi Oluoch and (2) Dickson Oruko Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 760-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Odhiambo Oluoch, who died on 19th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
