TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E390 OF 2021 By Judith Anyango Auma, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alkana Auma Achola alias Auma Achola, who died at North Ratta, on 30th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E392 OF 2020 By (1) Eunice Aoko Magero and (2) Grace Anyango Obeto, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Onyango, who died at Nyalenda, on 18th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
