TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2021 By Gift Njaramba Wanderi, of Perestraat 7, 7412BV, Deventer, Netherlands, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanderi Njaramba, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2021 By Penninah Kalumu Makau, of P.O. Box 33–90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Munyao Munuve, who died at Mituvu, on 20th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
