TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Cunningham and (2) Nigel Havergal Shaw, all of P.O. Box 12342–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the excecutors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will of Margaret Mitchell Cunningham, who died at Afya International Hospital, on 19th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
