TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2021 By Ravinder Kaur Bhamar alias Ravinder Bhamra, the deceased’s executor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hem Singh Bhamra, who died at Parklands, on 13th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2021 By Ravinder Kaur Bhamar alias Ravinder Bhamra, the deceased’s executor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parminder Kaur Hem Singh alias Perminder Kaur Bhamra alias ParminderKaur Bhamra, who died at Parklands, on 21st April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Ruth Chepkosgei Limo and (2) Richard Kipchirchir Limo, both of P.O. Box 4306-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Joseph Kipkemoi Limo, late of Kapsoya, Uasin Gishu, who died on 20th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
