TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By Christopher Kibiwot Kerich, of P.O. Box 199, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Jeseimo Samoi alias Leah Jesoimo Samoei, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Diana Atieno Abulule Shikutwa and (2) Laura Damaris Opande, both of P.O. Box 10253–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Hilda Shikutwa, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
