TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2021 By (1) Judy Wangechi Njenga and (2) Simon Githinji Njenga, both of P.O. Box 1961–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njenga Kiragu, who died on 27th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Moses Nyanjua Kinyanjui, (2) Tabitha Wanjiru Kinyanjui and (3) Milka Njoki Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 989–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Wambui Kinyanjui, who died on 31st May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
