TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Margery Muthoni Ndwiga, (2) Duncan Wamae Ndwiga and (3) Roseline Kaari Ndwiga, all of P.O. Box 1252-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Joel Kangangi Ndwiga, who died at Nairobi South Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2021 By Angeline Wanjira Mbogori, of P.O. Box 2246, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nyaga Mbogori alias John N. Mbogori alias John Mbogori, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
