IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII, the National
Land Commission, on behalf of the County Government of Makueni,
gives notice that the County Government intends to acquire the

following parcel of land for the Kwa Mbila Earth Dam project in
Makueni County.
