TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E12 OF 2020 By Naftal Ondabu Ombogo, of P.O. Box 3840-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombogo Ondabu, who died at Gucha Nursing Home, on 11 th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
