TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 23rd April, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1859 CAUSE No. 44 OF 2021 By Patrick Kahonge Ngure, of P.O. Box 9282, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwihaki Mwangi, who died at Githima Sub-location, on 24th May, 2010. CAUSE No. MC 75 OF 2021 By Peter Mburu Murathe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Gitau, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
