TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2020 By (1) Harold Said Konde, (2) Johnson Bahati Konde and (3) Changaua Balozi Lugho, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Konde Lugo alias Konde Lugo Mboro, who died on 11th September, 2003. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2020 By (I) Kahindi Ngumbao Mweri and (2) Albert Nasibu Ngumbao, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbao Mweri, who died on 12th September, 1970. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2021 By (1) Menza Charo Konde and (2) Fredrick Tabu Charo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kademu Fondo Gona, who died on 16th June, 2012. CAusE No. 61 OF 2021 By Samini Katana Kitsao, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kitsao Fungo, who died on 18th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
