TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2019 By (1) Kahindi Nzai Randu and (2) Kadzo Kitsao Kai, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalume Randy Mzungu, who died on 19th September, 2007. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2020 By Kenga Karisa Mwarandu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Mwarandu Kombe, who died at Garithe, Ngomeni, on 22nd July, 1997. CAUSE No. E13 OF 2020 By Rehema Sheikhuna Mzee, of P.O. Box 5, Gongoni in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sheikhuna Omar Mzee, who died at Gongoni, on 1 1 th November, 1994. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2020 By (1) Jumwa Baya Msanzu and (2) Sidi Baya Msanzu, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Katana Kaingu, who died at Malindi, on 3rd March, 2013. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Mataza Kibindo and (2) Joseph Karisa Kusifu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karisa Mweni, who died on 6th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
