TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By Quinter Adhiambo Masawa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Odhiambo Masawa, who died at Marindi Sub-location, on 1 I th November, 2017. CAUSE No. E68 of 2021 By Daniel Okoth Rabudi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Akomo Nyaderb alias Magdaline Nyaderb, who died at Bongu Sub-location. on 23rd June, 2008. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2021 By Denish Onyando Okeyo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obonyo Awino Onyango, who died at Central Karunmgu Location, on 10th May, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
