TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 81 OF 2020 By Daniel Ivia Mwaluu, of P.O. Box 1172-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulimbi Mbaki, who died on 24th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. F. NEKESA, District Registrar, Kitui. *In Gazette No. 7212 of 2020, Cause No. 81 of 2020 is revoked.
