Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaa Kilonzi, who died at Kitui, on 13th November, 1979. CAUSE No. E169 OF 2021 By Maithya Mbuvi Maithya, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuvi Maithya Kamwaki, who died at Kitui, on 25th August, 1994. CAuse No. E178 OF 2021 By (1) Stanely Kasyula Mwania and (2) David Kibonge Mwania, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwania Isika, who ded at Kitui, on 11th August, 1983. CAUSE No. E179 OF 2021 By James Mwemaa Kasaa, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Milu Kasaa, who died at Kitui, on 15th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
