TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E47 OF 2020 By (1) Mercy Mwende Muia and (2) Alice Mwikya Muia, both of P.O. Box 28, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscilla Kavuu Muia, who died at Nairobi West, on 11th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By Jonathan Mwau Mutunga, of P.O. Box 59821-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwau alias Mwau Kamala, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
