TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 159 OF 2021 By Milka Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 46, 01 Kalou in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Maina, who died at Githunguri, on 28th February, 2017. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2021 By Jane Gathoni Ramare, of P.O. Box 1960, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Rinkanya Ramare alias Stanley Ramare, who died at Benedict XVI Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
