TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 43 or 2021 By Charles Mwangi Mwea, of P.O. Box 4337-01002, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Jessee Kariuki 8,; Co., advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Mwarania Mwangi, late of Mountain View, Thika, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2020. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2021 By Joash Ng'ang'a Njoroge, of P.O. Box 5200-01002, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wambui Ng'ang'a, late of Thika, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 15th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 30th March, 2021.
