TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 23rd April, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1823 CAUSE No. E91 OF 2021 By Andrew Wambulwa Sitati, of P.O. Box 75, Lutacho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Sitati Munyasia, who died at Lutacho Sub-location, on 16th August, 1998. CAUSE No. E92 OF 2021 By (1) Joel Wanyonyi Munyikana and (2) Thomas Nyongesa Munyikana, both of P.O. Box 846, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Munyikona alias Timotheo Munyikana, who died at Magemo Sub-loctaion, on 12th August, 1964. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
