TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2021 By Stephen Wabwile Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Kisambu, who died at South Myanga Sub-location, on 13th May, 1977. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2021 By (I) Zainab Umar Abdi and (2) Mohamed Farah Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 2045-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Farah Mohamed Adan, who died at Oak Tree Centre Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2020. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Ongera and (2) Venic Nyamagaka Ongera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Nyamagaka Ongera, who died at India, on 23rd January, 2020. CAUSE No. E52 OF 2021 By Rose Ayuma Mwilitsa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaiah Walubengo Wambulwa, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
