TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E30 OF 2021 By (1) Ismael Omondi Oluoch and (2) Dickson Oruko Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 760-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Oluoch Okello alias Daudi Oluoch Okelo, who died on 3rd July, 1997. CAUSE No. E31 OF 2021 By (1) Ismael Omondi Oluoch and (2) Dickson Oruko Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 760-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Owino Oluoch, who died on 23rd July, 2004. CAUSE No. 240 OF 2021 By (1) Ismael Omondi Oluoch and (2) Dickson Oruko Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 760-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Odhiambo Oluoch, who died on 19th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
