TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2021 By (1) Khadija Mohamed Ali and (2) Swabra Ali Jaffer al Baity, both of P.O. Box 84410-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Jaafer Ahmed, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2020. 23rd April, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1817 CAUSE No. E135 OF 2021 By (1) Razik Mohamed Razik and (2) Ismail Said Mboya, both of P.O. Box 1828-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widower and grandfather, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Manga Teatim, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. E305 OF 2021 By Ruth Nyambura Ngarari, of P.O. Box 12004-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njau Ngarari, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 4th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
