TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2021 By Francis Njuki Guku. of P.O. Box 1, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitu Guku, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 7th October, 1981. CAusE No. E4 OF 2021 By Njagi Njeru Elias, of P.O. Box 104137-00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rugano Nthiga, who died at Gitaugu Village, on 6th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
