TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. MC 12 OF 2020 By Sameri Gakami Muthondu, of P.O. Box 68-00209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njambi Gakami, who died at Loitokitok, on 5th December, 2005. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Ngumama Ladaro and (2) Moson Aladaro, both of P.O. Box 81-00209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olondaru ole Naanyu alias Oloondaaru ole Naanyu, who died at Loitokitok, on 12th June, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
