TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E234 OF 2020 By Barack Alando Otuoma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Otuoma Ong'ong'o, who died at Marenyo, on 9th February, 2003. CAUSE No. 185 OF 2020 By John Onyango Oyier, of P.O. Box 70, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Oyier Matika alias Martin Oyier, who died at Ndori, on 10th November, 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
