TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By (I) Andrew Kipkemoi Kibet and (2) Paustina Jepkemboi Cherono, both of P.O. Box 517, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesang Sertoi, who died on 13th July, 1972. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2020 By William Kimaiyo Chemoiywo, of P.O. Box 517-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemoiywo Cheptoo, who died at Singore, on 27th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
