TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E31 OF 2020 By Nicholas Ochieng Owiti, of P.O. Box 1995-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Owiti Jowi, who died on 10th November, 1999. CAUSE No. E13 OF 2021 By Paul Midigo Nyamanga, of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Nyamanga Auma, who died on 2nd April, 1999. CAUSE No. E14 OF 2021 By (1) Abigael Anjawo Adhiambo and (2) Christina Adhiambo Oloo, both of P.O. Box 10, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter-In-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Adhiambo Ochola alias Adhiambo Ochol, who died on 16th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
