TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By Duncan Shilingi Ekutu, of P.O. Box 25, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanguche Tiema alias Wanguche Tiema, who died on 28th September, 1991. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2021 By Mathew Onyango Oundo, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oundo Ochieng, who died on 15th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
