Box 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matha Kuseng'a Katuta alias Kusenga Katuta, who died at Miu, Katitu, on 13th February, 1993. Box 79365-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Wangari Irungu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2019. CAUSE No. E72 OF 2021 By (I) Ngondu Mbithi and (2) Solomon Katuvya Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 510-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithi Mutua, who died at Matungulu, on 16th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
