TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 21 OF 2021 By Laban Omwange, of P.O. Box 369-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwange Okonga, who died at Etora Sub-location, on 28th August, 2017. CAUSE No. E39 OF 2021 By (1) Kadzo Ngari Kombe and (2) Salim Karisa Baya, the deceased's widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baya Kitonga Baya, who died on 15th June, 1983. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By Killian Kahindi Mwatela, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwatela Ngoba Ruwa, who died on 22nd November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
