TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E67 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Oloo Odhiambo and (2) Mary Akoth Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 676-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Odhiambo Nyambok, late of Kalanya Kanyango, who died at Osani Community Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2020. CAUSE No. E75 OF 2021 By Michael John Owando, of P.O. Box 551-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Olando Omboga, who died at Kalanya, Kanyango, on 14th August, 1980. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
