TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 603 OF 2020 By Joseph Mwangi Kiarie, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Kiarii Ngaru, who died at Ngurweini Location in 1967. CAUSE NO. 685 OF 2020 By Pheris Wanjiku Ngugi, of P.O. Box 125-10208, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngugi Gichungwa, who died at Saba Saba Sub-location, on 13th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
