TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2018 By (I) Margaret Wanjiru Kamau and (2) John Kamau, the deceeased's widow and stepson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndicu Ngeru, who died at Lower Nkoroi, on 4th August, 2014. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2020 By (I) Gabriel Sailashu Munya and (2) Josephat Tipanko Munya, the deceeased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Munya Kaurai, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 2014. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By (I) Margaret Naisenya Kashorda, (2) Peter Salaon Kashorda and (3) Meoli Kashorda, the deceeased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration inteatate to the estate of James Njuguna Kashorda, who died at Olkeri Sub-location, on 25th April, 2020. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Felister Muthoni Karanja and (2) James Kamau Karanja, the deceeased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Karanja Waweru, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2020. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By (I) Moses Kasarani Lannoi, (2) Joseph Kisajo Siameto and (3) Kinayia Siameto, the deceeased's brother and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siameto ole Kelaino, who died at Oloosirkon, on 16th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
