TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By Mueni Nzioka, of P.O. Box 1156, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of probate of written will of Esther Kalondu Nzioka, who died at Komarock Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2020. CAUSE No. E75 OF 2021 By Phylles Waithira Munene, of P.O. Box 271-00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Romans, who died at Komarock Modern Health Care, on 19th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
