TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Raphael Olanga Odeyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Odeyo Olanga alias Odeyo Mathayo Olanga, who died at Eshienjera in 2001. CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2021 By John Okoth, of P.O. Box 22, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akolo Johana, who died at Dudi, on 1st July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
