CAUSE No. 147 OF 2021 By Joshua Ouma Agayi, of P.O. Box 134, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Adundo Agai alias Odundo Agai, who died at Kasgunga, Mbita, on 11th September, 1996.
