TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Nicholas Mwanzia Maweu and (2) Agnes Nduku Maweu, both of P.O. Box 24429-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Maweu Munyao, who died at Nairobi, on 9th January, 1988. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Nicholas Mwanzia Maweu and (2) Agnes Nduku Maweu, both of P.O. Box 24429-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaries Katheu Kimeu, late of Mbanya, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
