TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By Joseph Faraja Situma, of P.O. Box 45, Tongaren in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alumasi Situma, who died at Sango, Tongaren, on 20th September, 1992 CAUSE No. MC 9 OF 2021 By Daniel Mosorori Obuya, of P.O. Box 666, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Nyaboke Obuya, who died at Nyamache Sub-location, on 14th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
