TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Hannah Wanjiku Chege, of P.O. Box 1-20301, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Chege Karanja, late of Turasha, who died at North Kinangop Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2021 By Lucia Wairimu Gachuhi, of P.O. Box 216, Nyakio in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Nahashon Gachuhi alias Nahashon Gachuhi Kahindi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
