TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E29 OF 2021 By Alphonce Ziro Wanje, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mudhengi Karisa, who died on 7th October, 2010. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2021 By (1) Russo Rita, (2) Caputo Maria and (3) Caputo Francesca, the deceased's widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincenzo Caputo, who died on 19th March, 2016. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2021 By Emmanuel Shida Sirya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Sirya Kambu alias Sirya Kambu Menza, who died on 16th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
