TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 7 OF 2021 By Anastancia John Mnyika, do P.O. Box 5265-80401, Diani in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mnyika Mwasarlga, who died on 8th July, 2010. CAUSE No. E23 OF 2021 By Ayub Mohamed Suya, of P.O. Box 368-80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Klara Lina Kellenberger, who died at Diani, on 25th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
